Service Visit I brought my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta in for it's 30.000 mile service yesterday. The service desk explained every procedure to me and answered all of my questions . Everything was completed as per our discussion. Very satisfied with my experience.

Very impressed The service department at VW is right on top of things. I received multiple phone calls and text messages to make sure I understood what was happening with my car. I loved getting the video from the tech showing the progress of the job. Plus, they gave me a timeline of when my care would need a particular service; ie replace tires; fix brakes etc.

Excellent salesperson experience. I had been searching online and on various sites including CL for a used VW Beetle for a second vehicle. On my routine search on Saturday 27 February of the internet I found a VW Beetle that interested me and called the dealership and was transferred to talk to Gerson Alfaro, who was the salesperson. Great Experience at Northampton VW I know car buying is not everyone's favorite thing to do, and when I bought my Jetta at Northampton Volkswagen I was pleasantly surprised. Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience quick and painless. Definitely recommended.
NoHo VW - OUTSTANDING SERVICE I brought in my 2013 VW Touareg for the sunroof rubber frame to be replaced. NoHo VW supplied me with a loaner car for the 3 days it was going to take to complete the job. When I returned to pick up my car not only did they do a fantastic job on the replacement, sunroof works perfectly with no noise but they also went the extra mile to have the inside of my car professionally cleaned and shampooed.
