Great People Ebony was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I manage a customer service team and know what customer service should be and Northampton Volkswagen has never disappointed in that area. The labor charges are a bit exorbitant though....might want to take another look at those.
normal service swapped the tyres with the winter set and had a general checkup of the car. all went well, they found nothing wrong and I really liked the way they give you the report, because they shoot a small video with the mechanic that shows what he found. brilliant, highly recommended. and the staff is very friendly, which is always a plus :)

Best car buying experience in a long time My Sales Person, Jillian Robinson, was AMAZING!!! She listened to me and was as patient as could be during the entire process. I felt at ease with her while on the test drive and discussing the deal. Friendly and patient I had a great experience working with Jason to locate a hard to find package. He was fast and friendly in the office, and always returned my calls and emails promptly. It's a great dealership overall with tons of cars in stock, a beautiful clean showroom, and lots of friendly people. Definitely a big contrast from a couple others I've been to. Recommended!

Excellent 5 stars for Jason!!!! When buying a car from VW ASK FOR JASON in sales. He is excellent at customer service. I felt informed about the decision I made. I'm sure they're all a great crew over there but I recommend Jason.
