NoHo VW - OUTSTANDING SERVICE I brought in my 2013 VW Touareg for the sunroof rubber frame to be replaced. NoHo VW supplied me with a loaner car for the 3 days it was going to take to complete the job. When I returned to pick up my car not only did they do a fantastic job on the replacement, sunroof works perfectly with no noise but they also went the extra mile to have the inside of my car professionally cleaned and shampooed. Serving my 14 year old Passat Wagon I had multiple issues that your service department handled in a most professional manner. I am reluctant to buy another car at this point and they went out of their way to do all repairs necessary.
Outstanding Service on my 2007 VW EOS The service staff go out of their way to be helpful at all times. The mechanic that performed the repairs is so well trained and experienced! The atmosphere for customers who wait for their cars is so comfortable with free coffee & snacks. I love this dealership!

Service was great! We went in with an appointment and the staff was very welcoming. It took a little bit over an hour; however, it was a Saturday afternoon and we understood that they were busy. Plus, they informed of is this time frame which we appreciated so we were not sitting there waiting for it to be done. Awesome experience as always!
Service of 2009 VW Jetta TDI This is the first time I had my car serviced by Northampton Volkswagen and I can say the experience was excellent in every way. They serviced my car in a timely manor, were very helpful in going through maintenance items that needed attention and the parts and labor was very reasonable. Ross LeBlanc at the service desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I'll be bringing my Jetta to Northampton Volkswagen from now on when it needs service.
