Serving my 14 year old Passat Wagon I had multiple issues that your service department handled in a most professional manner. I am reluctant to buy another car at this point and they went out of their way to do all repairs necessary.

Outstanding Service on my 2007 VW EOS The service staff go out of their way to be helpful at all times. The mechanic that performed the repairs is so well trained and experienced! The atmosphere for customers who wait for their cars is so comfortable with free coffee & snacks. I love this dealership!

Service was great! We went in with an appointment and the staff was very welcoming. It took a little bit over an hour; however, it was a Saturday afternoon and we understood that they were busy. Plus, they informed of is this time frame which we appreciated so we were not sitting there waiting for it to be done. Awesome experience as always!
Service of 2009 VW Jetta TDI This is the first time I had my car serviced by Northampton Volkswagen and I can say the experience was excellent in every way. They serviced my car in a timely manor, were very helpful in going through maintenance items that needed attention and the parts and labor was very reasonable. Ross LeBlanc at the service desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I'll be bringing my Jetta to Northampton Volkswagen from now on when it needs service.
Great customer service I brought my car in for service and they were punctual and prfessional. They had my car done within the time frame they told me and also helped with another issue found during the service and set up the next appointment for me.
Happy I appreciated the prompt service, even though I had no appointment and resolution of the problem. The staff were very helpful and the shuttle service great. I have always been happy with the service I have received at Northampton VW.
40k service Excellent service on my 2014 TDI. Very nice waiting area. Attentive staff. I have many service options nearby but I have no reason to change.
