Great experience! We had the dealership peform recalls and install new tires on our 2012 Jetta TDI. Although we are very disappointed with Volkswagen (corporate) for their role in the diesel emissions scandal currently being investigated I am very happy with Northampton VW. Ross treated us exceptionally well and work was performed in a timely manner!
Quick service Quick 40k service with great explanations of work completed and they even sent me video of the work performed. I will bring my vehicle back in a heart beat.

Great People Ebony was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I manage a customer service team and know what customer service should be and Northampton Volkswagen has never disappointed in that area. The labor charges are a bit exorbitant though....might want to take another look at those.
normal service swapped the tyres with the winter set and had a general checkup of the car. all went well, they found nothing wrong and I really liked the way they give you the report, because they shoot a small video with the mechanic that shows what he found. brilliant, highly recommended. and the staff is very friendly, which is always a plus :)
Excellent service Friendly, thoughtful, and thorough. Received updates on the progress of my service including a video report on the the undercarriage, brakes, shocks, and exhaust. Well done!
