AMAZING I went to the dealership in hope of purchasing a used Jetta I saw on the website. Upon arrival, I found out the vehicle was sold. Recent Detailing Service I recently had the interior of my Tiguan detailed by the Northampton Volkswagen Crew. My car looks like it is brand new. Over-the-top helpfulness - and I'm not even a VW customer! I don't own a Volkswagen - but when I was checking the air in a damaged tire on my Volvo at the gas station next store Sean Luna, Parts Consultant at Northampton VW, stopped to look at my tire and offer advice. I had a hundred mile trip ahead of me, and it was a hot day. He advised me NOT to drive with the gash in my tire, and then made multiple phone calls to see if he could find a replacement in the area for the specific make (Pirelli Scorpio). Awesome service! I don't like having to deal with cars, but the team at Northampton VW make it manageable. Ryan oversaw my case and he was awesome. He explained everything, detailed the pricing, called me to keep my updated, kept the service within the estimated timeframe and cost, and got me set up with a loaner vehicle. Traded in lease for certified preowned I went to several dealerships in the area and was turned away and told my business was insignificant. I swung by VW and by the end of the day signed on the dotted line. Omar is an incredible salesman and made everything happen that no one else would consider.
