Bought a new Passat Just recently my wife and I purchased a new (2016) Passat. Our salesperson was Melanie Zoelck and we found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly, and she did not pressure us to buy a car in any way. A very European atmosphere I have a VW Passat in my country and I always trusted in this brand. Last week I got a big problem with my Passat here in Massachusetts and at list three garages said me that my car was to throw away. I could not believe it and for that I went to visit Northampton dealership. The reception was fantastic and the diagnostic much better. Saved me money I brought my car in for a routine oil change and to check on my trunk latch while my car was still covered by the VW Certified extended warranty I received when I purchased the car used. While it was in the garage the service technician found an oil leak that needed repair and was covered by my warranty. I was grateful they saw this and fixed it-- for a $50 deductible.

Good service Bob the Service Manager was extremely helpful and gave me a loaner while they figured out what the issue was with my car. I'm not thrilled to have had a car that had a leaking problem at 11,000 miles but they did a great job of assessing and fixing the problem. Very nice and very helpful!

Visually informative I brought my car into the dealership to see how much work it needed before I gave it to a young relative and the staff were great about getting it done in a timely manner. More impressively I hadn't even signed the paperwork and paid for my service and I had a text message and email showing me through a video with my technician step by step everything that needed repair or replacement since this was a car that was given to me and had no service records.
