Pleasant experience Buying a car is usually a difficult experience all around. I found my recent purchase at Northampton Volkswagen to be pretty easy. The staff were attentive without being pushy. They were helpful and knowledgable about the vehicles that I was considering buying. In the end I bought the car I wanted at a fair price.

Very friendly - helped me trade up to a GTI I purchased a VW Golf TSI last year in the summer and unfortunately the car seemed to have some problems - all covered under warranty but problems nevertheless. I decided to opt out of the car and was very concerned that I would get "left in the lurch." Lease trade out I came in to trade out my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. Throughout my visit I dealt with Shawn, Omar, and Eddie. I had a great experience. One of the smoothest transactions This was one of the most easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Waited awhile to pick up my car which I guess is normal, but wished that process went a little faster. All in all I would definitely recommend a friend to visit this dealership. The sales man weren't pushy which I appreciate.
