Very friendly - helped me trade up to a GTI I purchased a VW Golf TSI last year in the summer and unfortunately the car seemed to have some problems - all covered under warranty but problems nevertheless. Lease trade out I came in to trade out my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. Throughout my visit I dealt with Shawn, Omar, and Eddie. Each , were very accommodating and explained the process involved in getting me into a new 2016 Jetta lease. I had a great experience. One of the smoothest transactions This was one of the most easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Waited awhile to pick up my car which I guess is normal, but wished that process went a little faster. All in all I would definitely recommend a friend to visit this dealership. The sales man weren't pushy which I appreciate.
