Mark was great. My wife and I stopped on a whim as we had been to other VW dealerships and we were interested, but had not received the attention we thought we should in buying a new car. Mark was wonderful.....explained everything and gave us the satisfaction we were seeking. He has followed up since buying the car too. We could not be more satisfied with the service he provided us.

Mark helped me find the perfect car for me, helped me find financing AND insurance. All at much, much lower rates than I found anywhere else. Mark was great. He was very clear with his answers to all of my questions. Located the car I was looking for and had it delivered to Northampton Volkswagen within 24 hours.
