I went Herb Chamber because there had a noise on the break when the car moved nearly to its stop.Tony helped me on this issue without any problem.

Tony noticed a brake light out as soon as I pulled up. This saved me time and trouble. If it had been discovered only during my state inspection, I would have had to come back. I had come in to simply get a bulb from the parts department for a different light that was out, intending to have a local garage install it. Tony is very easy to work with, he clearly explains everything that needs to be done and sets my expectations appropriately, he does not pressure me. He has an implacable ability to follow up and make sure I am satisfied with the work. Cars need to be maintained and I expect to have to pay a little bit more money at a dealership but the peace of mind I get by knowing that my car will have all the right factory parts installed correctly is worth it. I went to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for the first time this past Saturday afternoon after moving to the area and I was very satisfied with the level of attentiveness and efficiency shown. My car was serviced quickly and Tony kept me apprised of the status of the inspection while I waited. Tony was very friendly and made me feel at ease, given that I have no idea about anything having to do with my car! I will definitely return to Tony for any subsequent questions I have on my car or future cars!

The whole team was very friendly and attentive from sales to service. Tony was detailed and provided frequent service updates. There were also very accommodating regarding providing a shuttle or making sure my wait was not uncomfortable.
