excellent customer service I am loyal customer at the Westborough Honda dealer. I and my husband always have the car service there. Last month, I brought my car in for a yearly inspection and I am so happy with the service they gave. as soon as I pulled my car in to ask for the service, Tony-the assistant manager greeted with a big smile and took care of the car like a click. Accommodating, Easy and Perfect A last-minute obligation caused me to need to reschedule my service appointment. No problem. The scheduler got fit me in later that day. As always, Tony got my the car back to the service team promptly, and a cup of coffee, and a little web browsing later, the car was done on time and on budget. Now if they would only service Volvos...

Tony was very attentive to me needs. He made sure he understood the reason I brought my Pilot in for service and help me decide on the right level of service. Tony worked with me to modify the D Level service, based on previous service performed, so that the Pilot was getting the right service at the best price. He also alerted me to some coupons I could use which saved me money. I would recommend having your Honda serviced at Herb Chambers of Westborough and requesting Tony Ngo as your service advisor.
