I went to the Honda Chambers service for my 2010 Honda Fit with a Tire sensor problem.Tony dealt with me with extreme customer friendly. He provided me the problem issue and the cost of repair very quickly. Thanks to tony a lot. I am extremely happy with his service.

I came in for routine service and brought up an issue (right front side disconnected slightly from the rest of the vehicle) I had noticed during a previous service visit which I thought had been overlooked. Tony addressed the issue and assured me that the "problem" was not really a problem but a designed feature of the car and he reconnected it. I went to get my car (Honda Accord) serviced at this dealership. I have great appreciation for the service Representative Tony Ngo who took care of my car. I took my Honda Odyssey to herb chambers for help with the rattling sound I was hearing from my vehicle. Tony patiently asked the right questions and helped take care of all my problems. Tony is really good. He has helped me few times. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and taken care of all my vehicle issues.

I bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey a few weeks back and discovered an oil leak. I drove to the dealership early next morning and was greeted by Tony. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. Tony explained what they believe was the source of the problem and how they fixed it. It was a pleasure working with Tony because of his great customer service skills which are an important skill to have in a service consultant.
