I came in for routine service and brought up an issue (right front side disconnected slightly from the rest of the vehicle) I had noticed during a previous service visit which I thought had been overlooked. Tony addressed the issue and assured me that the "problem" was not really a problem but a designed feature of the car and he reconnected it. I took my Honda Odyssey to herb chambers for help with the rattling sound I was hearing from my vehicle. Tony patiently asked the right questions and helped take care of all my problems.
