I bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey a few weeks back and discovered an oil leak. I drove to the dealership early next morning and was greeted by Tony. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. Tony explained what they believe was the source of the problem and how they fixed it. It was a pleasure working with Tony because of his great customer service skills which are an important skill to have in a service consultant.

I got my Honda Accord serviced couple of times at Herb Chambers Honda of West-borough, This service center has extremely friendly employees, who also happen to provide excellent service, they clearly explain all the issues with your vehicle and get them fixed in no time. Tony is great, he is my go to service guy, whenever I have a problem I always just shoot him a text and he has me in and out within no time. He is extremely professional and personal. I have never had such a great service experience, every time is great he never lets you down.

I usually let Honda of Westborough perform the service on my Accord. This time I scheduled the usual items, but I did not mention a disquieting rattling sound I had heard a few days before. Tony's team identified a clamp that needed tending, and something that could easily have been overlooked. I was pleased to have it tended to, especially since I had not made a specific request. I congratulate Tony and the team from Westborough.
I just recently leased a car at Honda. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly!!! I highly recommended this car dealership if you want honest car dealers. I brought my Honda Pilot in for service after hitting a curb and tearing the sidewall of the tire and damaging the rim. When I leased the car I purchased the tire and rim protection plan. Tony Ngo took care of everything with the insurance company, completing the claim and following up with them several times to receive authorization to complete the work. I absolutely love this dealership!! I am sad I moved out of state and can't make it there for service. I bought my first vehicle from them in 2005 and when I was ready for my next one I came back because the service was so amazing and when they offered a trade up I took it. I have no complaints about my newest Fit over a year later.
