I came in to have a State Inspection, oil change and 'mystery squeal' identified.Tony was very attentive and had my best interest in mind. He went out of his way to help fix all the creaks and moans in my 14 year old civic. Another problem was found with my transmission and Tony explained all the possible scenarios and costs associated with it. Luckily, a fluid change solved the problem. I have never been a fan of dealerships and never placed much trust in them. When it came time for a new car I visited Herb Chambers Honda because I had heard such great things about them. Norman really changed my whole perception of the car-buying process. No pressure was applied at any point trying to sell extra services or useless items. We spent over 3 hours with Bernardi's haggling price with them. I called to make an appointment at Herb Chamber's only wanted to spend one hour talking about price and options on the vehicle we wanted. Yuri was very helpful and professional, he brought the car around to show us and we bought it. And all within that hour requested! We have been very happy with our CRV.

I bring my Honda to Herb Chambers every time it needs an oil change and other various fixes. Tony is always there, always ready to help. He's provided the most consistent service I've ever received, and it's that balance that keeps me coming back. The whole team at Herb Chambers really does a great job. Sometimes fixing a car can be stressful, but Tony and team do a great job of keeping you informed and updated.
