I faithfully bring my car to Honda of Westborough for service. I deal with Tony Ngo almost every time and he is wonderful. He is always courteous, friendly, and on top of things. He always makes sure my car gets the care it needs and constantly gives me updates while I wait. He is one of the best service guys I've dealt with. The actual service is always outstanding and my car is in tip top shape!

We bought a new Fit via David. He was curteous, very helpful in providing info and facilitating the negotiation. He made the delivery flawlessly. He also helped with service questions even after-sale. We were thankful and would highly recommend him.

David yang was wonderful. He made the purchasing of our new Accord seamless. He was attentive but not pushy-a very professional attitude. He knew the product and proceeded to explain and sale the car. We would definitely recommend not only David but also the dealership to all.

I have purchased 3 Hondas from Herb Chambers a Fit , Civic and Accord over the past 3 years. I highly recommend Herb Chambers for thier Service after sale. My experience with David Yang as the Sales Associate was great, he was attentitive to your needs and his follow through excellent before, during and after sale.

David Yang was our Sales Consultant and it was an exceptional experience from sales to follow-up. I have now purchased 3 Honda CRVs from this dealership and the most recent one was for my wife. I found David to be highly professional, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable technically about the vehicle. In fact, when he was going through the vehicle's features at pick-up. The Manager and Sales and Leasing Consultant understood my requirements, helped me select the automobile and leasing program that met those requirements, and completed the transaction in the proper time. Yury Menaker was very clear on what the process was going to be. He made the whole buying a new car thing very pleasant. His friendly manner and some light jokes made the whole thing go by very quickly. Just an overall good guy.

My Wife and I went into the Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro last weekend with pretty high expectations with regard to our car purchase experience.
