Overall service was excellent. In fact I have been to this service center to service was Honda Civic 2012 car but Mr. Tony has explained me the genuine reason as why my Honda Civic 2012 car not need service at this point of time ( Oil Indicator was showing 70%).

I met Tony Ngo for the first time(Oct-2013) at Herbs Chambers Honda of Westborough. He was very friendly & honest in letting me know that I don't require oil-change at this time as my oil-life was 60% and I should come back when it reaches 15% for my 2012 Honda CR-V. My other dearler where I bought my car informed me that I should regularly chnage my oil at every 5K, which I feel is a rip off for new cars. Since I purchased my first Honda in 2009 at Herb Chambers in Westborough, I have received very good service. My recent visit for an oil change was my best experience even with a three-hour wait. I did not mind the wait a bit. I had a cup of coffee, ice cream, and a good book. This dealership is very fortunate to have Tony Ngo on its team. Tony was very friendly and paid extra attention to get us the service we needed. He went out of his way to let me know when the part I ordered was in and to confirm my appointment via text, which was my preferred communication method. He also remembered me when I came back, which shows he pays attention to his customers and really cares. I would recommend this Honda service center because of the great customer service experience with Tony!

Tony is always very helpful when I come in for service. I never have to worry about being "forgotten about" while there, even if it is for a couple hours. Tony always checks to see how much more time is needed on my service and gets back to me.

Tom Kelley was the one who helped me make my purchase. He was very helpful and direct. He did not try to pressure me into a sale. I purchased my car there and would go back again.
