I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience before. The whole staff was pleasant to deal with but Jim was especially helpful and did everything he said he would in a timely fashion. I will definitely go back for my next car and I will certainly recommend anyone buying a Honda to go see Jim Sweeney and the rest of Herb Chambers Honda over in Westborough

Overall a great experience with a few minor, but not unexpected, bumps during the process. Joe was exceptional and really went the extra mile when it came to taking care of us during, and even more suprising, after the sale. Joe bent over backwards to work with my schedule and needs during delivery of the vehicle. The price was in line with other dealerships but I could only give it a rating of '4-Good' as I didn't feel it was worthy of a '5-Great' in comparison. Because I am a widow, I have leased a Honda every 3 years, beginning when I lived on the Cape around 1974 and in following years when I lived in Boston, Charlton and now in Oxford. In each instance, except the one in Charlton, I have been very pleased with the service. My recent visit with Mr. Methe in Westborough was extremely satisfactory. Rich was very helpful throughout the entire process. He genuinely cared about what I was looking for in the car and didn't try to force me into something else. He also took the time to go over all the features like the bluetooth setup which was very helpful.

I was on my way to buy another CTS and stopped in to Chambers Honda in Westboro out of a guilt trip laid on me by my sacial activist daughter.
