This was by far the best and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I was very hesitant about going to another Herb Chambers dealership due to 2 other very poor experiences at other facilities. I am glad I decided to take the chance. My experience with Herb Chambers, Rich Merlino in particular, was great. The used car manager Chris was a pleasure to work with as well. Rich took care of the minor issues promptly and accurately. I would definately buy from here again.

I came to the dealership looking for a used car that is good on gas. I had three choices I came to look at and Rich was very helpful in helping me stay on track and decide what car is the best for my needs. I first came to the dealership because my parents have bought many Honda's from there and have never had a bad experience.
Tom was extremely helpful with all our guestions regarding the purchase of our recent used car, while at the same time, not forcing any undue pressure on us. Tom was very friendly and helpful. He made the negotiating easy and painless. I had some written quotes from other dealers and they just gave me a decent price without playing any games. Tom definitely went out of his way to help me with this purchase and make it easy. He even went to the registry to get me special veteran plates and dropped off my car for me at work to swap for the trade-in we had.
