As a first time buyer, my experience at Herb Chambers Honda was fantastic. I ended up with a great car that I love and for a good price, as I expected. Jason was extremely helpful- since this was my first time ever purchasing a car, he made it easy and explained the process thoroughly. The communication was great and my car was ready in a very short time! I felt very comfortable during my experience and would recommend this dealership to others who are looking to buy an affordable and reliable vehicle.
This is the second car I have bought from this dealership and each time my experience with the sales staff has been excellent. Everything about their customer service was top notch. I had done my research, knew what I wanted and they made the process very easy. Tom Kelly's style was a breath of fresh air. He listened to waht I wanted and and never tried to sell me anything that I didn't. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.
