I would absolutely recommend Yury to anyone and everyone who was looking to buy a Honda. My entire experience was absolutely phenomenal!!!! I am 40 years old and this was my third new car purchase in my lifetime and by FAR the best one. Nothing about the process was stressful and I credit that entirely to Yury - he was beyond exceptional. I am extremely happy with the car I bought, the price I paid and the customer service I received!

My wife and I went to Herb Chambers to check out Honda Accords. Rose was very friendly and helpful. She answered all questions or when she couldn't got the information and got back to us. I told her my requirements for a car and three days later she me with the exact and price I was looking for. The only reasons I didn't give them 5 stars across the board is 1)I asked the driver side windshield wiper be replaced and instead of replacing it, they only put in a refill blade. Good Customer Service skills from Richard Merlino impressed me. He went through all possible options and spend quality time with me. He has a very unique and warm way to deal with his customers which is often missing in most of the salesmen. Most salesmen want to rush through the process which as a customer is not appreciated, but Richard is better than them.

It was great dealing with Henry Chew and the rest of the staff at Herb Chambers Westborough. From the very beginning of the process they accommodated our needs to schedule a test drive at our home and Henry made the whole buying process stress free. This is the second Honda we bought from this dealership but what really brought me back was Matt Dency. I felt both times like I got a fair deal and like he actually cared about what we were buying and why we were buying it. We got the second car same day! I'm sure this is not my last Honda so I will be returning to Matt next time. My brother leased a car from him a week after I got my second car and just today, I recommended him to a co-worker. Go to this dealership and ask for Matt!

This was the best car buying experience I ever had in 30+ years. First, nobody bugged me while I was in the showroom crawling all over the Honda Element I was considering. People swung by and asked if I needed help, and then left. Very nice. When I finally wanted to speak to someone, I was introduced to Norman. Norman is the reason I have recommended HC of Westboro to my friends and we have between us bought/leased six vehicles in the last year. Norman is professional, knowledgeable and I have a great deal of confidence when working with Norman. Norman Methe was great, he did all the paper work within a couple of hours and I got my new car the same day... You rock Norman!!!!!!! I would glady refer family and friends to go see Norman!!!!!!!
