Our family has been purchasing vehicles from Rick for the last 3 years. Our experiences keep getting easier and better with each purchase. We had an excellent experience at this dealership. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out what we were looking for(as opposed to other car salesmen who only show you what they want you to see) and was able to find it. The price was excellent and Arthur was very helpful when it came to financing. I would recommend this dealership to both family and friends.

I have a great experience working with James at Westborough Honda. He helped me select a great pre-owned Honda Accord that had all the options that I wanted and was well priced. He was polite and even got me a soda from their staff room. I would recommend the dealership and James to my friends and family. Thanks!

Rich Merlino was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. There were some problems, but they were not caused by him, and he worked hard to make things right. I bought a car that was on the lot but added some options. I went on vacation after signing the contract giving the dealership about 12 days to prepare the vehicle. When I arrived on the agreed-up pickup date/time, it wasn't ready. Rich M. had left a voicemail message at my home but I was at work and didn't get it. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and accommodating from the moment my wife and I walked in the door. Jesse, our salesman, was great. He let us test drive the car where we wanted there was also no pressure at all. Herb Chambers has a no haggle price policy on their used cars which my wife and I greatly appreciate. The sales department was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to purchasing a vehicle. The selection was wide for new cars, and there were several used cars to choose from as well. The finance department was able to work with me to get an APR lower than my credit union. The only thing I did not enjoy about this experience was the fact that the salespersons were unwilling to negotiate on the price of the used vehicle. Rich was an excellent sales person. He provided me with all the information I needed about the choices I had to make. What impressed me was that he was not going to sell me the vehicle unless I had driven it. (I had at another dealer). He still made sure I reviewed the car and all the features that I was purchasing. He never pressured me in any way, unlike my experience at another dealer. He never tried to sell me a vehcile I had no interest in, unlike another dealership. Rose was great. We wanted to test drive with our kids, and she was patient and helpful. We arranged to donate our old car, and the dealer let us arrange for pickup on their lot. The service departmnet had a minor snafu with the vehicle inspection, but they also helped get the rusted plates off of our old car, so it evened out.

Rich Merlino was helpful, friendly, honest and just a fantastic salesmen. I would not only recommend Herb Chambers to friends but also drop his name in and send them to a proper salesman. I love my Honda Ridgeline, it was exactly what I was looking for. I was happy to come there looking for a used car and with Rich's help with the fianancing to find a new one affordable to my means.
