It was a refreshing experience. No high pressure tactics. From day one Rick and Tom were not only professional but friendly. Rick answered all the questions I asked and helped me get into the vechile I wanted. I should say both my wife and I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to both my family and friends. See Rick and Tom they are both great and helpful. I gave this dealership a 5. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime and I want to say buying a Honda CRV at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, Ma was a pleasant experience. There were no pressure tactics as I had seen by other dealers in shopping around. I was treated with respect. The salesman and GM worked with me in choosing the right vechile for my needs. I had just had a terrible experience with another Honda dealership. I decided to continue to shop around. The folks at Herb Chambers at Westborough were immediately responsive to all my requests and followed through on everything they said they would do. They offered a fair deal. I especially liked working with Joe O'Connell. He's been proactive about dealing with issues. They made the buying process manageable. AND I love my new car. I heartily recommend this dealership.

They had the car I wanted and were able to give me the deal I wanted without any games or pressure. Norman is the best salesperson I've ever dealt with in my 30 years of buying cars no pressure just the information I needed to make an informed inteligent decision

We met Rose outside in the lot while looking at pre-owned vehicles. Her approach was friendly and down to earth. I had been discouraged re finding what I wanted prior to meeting Rose. To think that it was just a couple of weeks ago that I came in to just sit in a car to check it out. Really....that was my intent. Didn't want to talk to anyone...didn't want to be noticed.....but it turned out way different than that.
