After owning my Civic for about 11 years, I decided to finally get a new vehicle. Rich Merlino was the first salesperson to call me back after I visited several dealerships (Honda and others). He was respectful, patient, and a great listener. I did not feel hurried or pressured. I love my new vehicle! Thanks, Rich!

I gave a great rating to Herb Chambers because of the overall great experience. Rose, the salesperson was friendly and helpful throughout the whole purchase. I got a great vehicle at a good price and I would recommend Herb Chambers for the customer service and promptness.

Rich was very helpful in our new lease of Honda Accord. Very knowledgable about the car itself. He was patient, helpful but not pushy. He helped us work out a deal that could not be matched from 7 other car dealerships. We shopped the price around aggressively and Rich was able to meetthe best price we were able to find. Car was ready on time. Paperwork was typical. Overall experience was very pleasant. Far different from years ago. I was a pleasure shopping with Herb Chambers.

I would like to take a few moments of your time and tell you what a great experience I had at your location in Westborough Mass. My salesperson Rich Merlino was absolutely fantastic and took the time I needed in order to make the right car purchase for me and my family. Not only was Rich informative of the vehicle but he was also very patient. I must emphasis the word patient as Rich should receive some credit for his time with me. Second great experience at this dealership, mainly in part due to salesman Rich Merlino. He made the whole experience enjoyable and helped us find the car we were looking for. He was timely in phone calls and e-mails, and helped facilitate the delivery of the vehicle.

Had a great experience, primarily due to the salesperson. (Rich Merlino) He allowed me time to look at each of the Pre-owned Honda's, he aswered all my questions, allowed me to test drive several cars and got me into a car by the end of the weekend, which was my goal. Friendliness - 10, Quality 10. I'll be back. Excellent car-buying experience.

New Years Eve Day my wife and I decided to look for a new car. I was thinking about getting a BMW even though I really like my Honda Accord. When we arrived at the BMW dealership they had closed for the day. We said lets go to the Honda Dealership. When we arrived we were cheerfully greeted by the receptionist. Anthony set up the test drive - very pleasant - was ready for me when I arrive and introduced me to the sales specialist, Dave. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable - gave me plenty of time, helped me think through my decision. Dave followed up on email immediately with answers to questions, also followed up with a call and respected my wish to forget about it through the holidays. Anthony followed up after Christmas.

Fantastic experience. Really from start to finish it was exceptional. We would recommend this dealer. Our sales person, Brandon registered the car for us and drove it down to CT to our house and then sat for an hour going through how everything works in our New Honda Odyssey.
