My experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro was My experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro was overall very good. The people were very pleasant and easy to work with. Pricing went smoothly. I had done a lot of research and looking around, perhaps it would have been easier to start and finish with Herb Chambers. There was a hiccup when I had to wait a lengthy bit of time as they were short handed. The inconvenience was handled quite professionally and I would recommend this dealership.

Like many other people I hate going through the new car buying process. I delayed as long as I could. Then I picked up the phone and called Herb Chambers Honda. I have to say, from the outset, this was an entirely different and very positive experience. First I spoke with Berthnie who quoted me an unbelievably low price, without me even having to ask for it! I normally hate dealing with salespeople, especially at car dealerships, so I walked into this dealership planning to test drive an Accord and then run away as fast as I could. Very fair prices, no pressure. The sales manager was very friendly and the total buying experience was the best that I have ever had and I have purchased a lot of cars over the years. I have not had to have the car serviced yet since it is new. Will report back after I have tried their service dept.

The employees at Herb Chambers were very accomodating. There were some problems encountered with the paperwork I submitted yet they went to great lengths to help me. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. Although our transaction did not push through I will definitely visit them again in the future.

I am loyale Honda owner but this was my first time shopping at a Honda Dealership. Matt Dency was the first person to say hello and ask if I needed any help, and he was the only one I needed. He made it easy for me to find what I wanted and what I could afford. He made picking out the right car be about ME. It's refreshing to find this kind of guy at a big dealership with all the socalled "games" played at dealerships. If your shopping for a Honda, go to Herb Chambers in Westboro and see Matt Dency.

overall, my car buyin experience at this honda dealership was very positive and I would consider buying a second honda when the time comes. i enjoy my new car very much and my sales person was excellent. My only criticism is the length of time that it took to get an inspection sticker for the car. In the future i would like to pick up my new vehicle with the sticker on it at the time of my final purchase. other than that, i look forward to many years of excellence with my new honda crv.
