We came in "just looking" after test driving a lot of other cars. Rich Merlino was our salesman. He took us for a test drive in a 2010 and we loved it! He answered all our questions and we still hemmed and hawed! Then he drove a used 2008 up front for us to see and this car was loaded! Eddie was very easy to work with. I appreciated his sales style. I feel like he was always upfront with me and honest. In addition, he didn't employ a high-pressure sales strategy. This would have turned me away from buying a car. Also, the finance guy, Tom, was very easy to deal with. I would unreservedly recommend this dealer to my friends.

Very pleasurable experience for a first time car buyer. I expected nagging salesmen and a lot of bartering. I came at the right time and got hooked up with a great price for a ~new (2009) civic without much bartering at all. The dealership came down to my price that I had offered them and they had denied at first, but then must have decided it was a good enough deal to offer it to me. I now can enjoy sitting in traffic on 95 while commuting to and from work!

Rich Merlino was well informed and pleasant without high pressure. He answered my questions respectfully and was patient in our interactions. Don Cardinali was nice in my experiences with him when I needed to go in for service due to a check tire pressure light which required a computer reeducation and the all-weather mats neede to be secured with anchors. The atmosphere at the dealership is friendly and inviting.
