We have been looking for an suv for a long time. We were highly recommended to Westboro Honda by our neighbors. I went into Herb Chambers of Westborough, MA not really expecting to walk out with a car. Rose Garceau was extremely attentive to my needs and really helped me find an appropriate car for my budget without being very pushy. I love my CRV Honda and it has a great ride! Rose Garceau, my product specilaist/salesperson listened to my driving needs and recommended this car as the right car for me! Norman Methe should be the example set for all employees, not just sales staff on how to work with customers, listen to their needs and treat all with respect. I have not only purchased a car from Norman, but referred five others who either purchased or leased from him. Rich is great. We worked with him when he was at Toyota and really enjoyed our experience with him as we sought between a RAV4 and a CRV. Ultimately we ended getting the CRV but wished he were our sales associate. He was friendly, personable, and very informative. Now that he is with Honda we look forward to working with him. All the ratings above are a reflection of our working with him.
It was a bit intimidating buying my first "new" car, but Rose, my saleswoman, made it a very easy, relaxing experience. She is highly recommended. The other staff is always attentive and caring as well. I went in thinking that I knew what I wanted and came out with what I actually wanted for a much lower price than I ever thought possible.
