Rich is a wonderful salesman with an easy-going attitude, humor, and gave me an honest comparison of the CR-V and Rav4. He took the time to explain the differences, whether good or bad, and didn't push his own agenda. He made my decision an easy one!

Overall, a great buying experience from start to finish. Rich was very personable and down to earth, and followed through on every promise he made. Next time I need to buy a car, I will definitely visit Westborough Honda again! Thank you for the wonderful car!!!

I had done some previous car shopping for my first new car before visiting this dealership, however Rose was by far the best salesperson I talked to. She seemed to genuinely care about putting me in a car that was right for me. She was patient and knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to buy at all. When I finally decided to buy she worked very hard to get me a price that I was comfortable with, which I appreciated very much. I visited Herb Chambers Honda on Friday to look for a new car and ended up buying a 2010 Honda Insight. My experience with the customer service was excellent due to Rich Merlino. Rose was extremely accommodating to both my husband and I when we were looking for a new CRV. We wanted our financial questions answered right away and she listened to our needs and got us the answers we were looking for. The customer service experience in the sales department was excellent and I felt very at ease the moment we sat down with Rose. I was very happy with my experience there.

I went into Herb Chambers Honda with a friend just looking to test drive a Honda Fit. I wasn't planning on purchasing one that day but Rose Garceau changed my mind. Rose was such a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process I felt like I had more of an advocate than a salesperson. I bought a new Honda Civic LX 2010 today. I worked with Jim Sweeney and Tom Fechtmann and I must say they were very helpful. All paperwork went smoothly and perfectly. I walked out of the dealer very satisfied. I would strongly recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to anyone who wants to get a new Honda.

Dave was GREAT. He was so helpful. Dave answered every Dave was GREAT. He was so helpful. Dave answered every question or worry I had. He made us feel very comfortable in our decision. I have never had such a great experience buying a car. I know I will recommend to anyone and everyone to go see Dave. We will definitely return when my wife needs a car!!!
