I had a price on a 2010 Odyssey EX from other dealers along with the trade in price on my civic from other dealers. My experience at Herb Chambers was easy and satisfying. Not only was my salesman Joe great but the price he got my was even better! I feel confrotable telling everyone I know to go there because I know they do a great job. I have never had such a great experience with a dealership. I will be sure to go back there for every new car a buy!
This was the best experiance I could have hoped for. Mike, the sales manager made sure I was well taken care of and made the numbers fit with in my budget. He also took the time to explain how the lease worked. The other dealership I was at before (a toyota dealer) just gave me a number and basicly told me take it or leave it but I had no idea how they came to that number! I had been looking for over a month for a used civic SI that I liked, after a long search I found one online at Herb Chambers.com I stopped by the Westborough location to see if it was there, it was not. upon arriving to the dealership, i was greeted in a very friendly manner. Cristiano showed me a CR-V after i told him that i was looking for an SUV that had four-wheel drive. he also told me about all the safety features that are included in the car which is great because i have children. the price was very reasonable for the condition of the new car. overall it was a great experience for me.
My experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough was nothing but excellent. Rick is awesome! He went over every detail and answered all my questions. Before going to Herb Chambers I went online and was reading reviews of other dealerships in the Metro Boston Area, Herb Chambers definately had the best and lived up to what others had said. I had a horrible experience being jerked around with the typical tactics of many dealers at a dealership closer to me. After shopping around online I chose the dealership closer to me for convenience as well as price. Unfortunately I got there and things changed quickly, the car wasn't there, but a more expensive one was. We came in to look at a Civic and Khoa was very helpful and not overly pushy. It was a very positive experience. We wanted to take a day to think about it, but we will return tomorrow evening to lease the car. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.
