I went in for service because my car was making a funny noise. They took care of my care extremely fast. Everything was covered under warranty so I did not have to worry about payment. The service guy Mike was super nice, and he remembered my name. Thank for the great service every time!
My expectations in visiting a car dealership was the standard fear of annoyance, constant hounding, and dishonesty. The reason I am going out of my way to rate herb chambers is because my expectations were totally wrong. I am very pleased with the genuine kindness and honesty. The effort put forth in finding exactly what I wanted was far above any other dealership. I will most definitely be recommending this dealership and its sales people to my family and friends. Expect nothing less than 100% when you visit.

We came to Herb Chambers after speaking with an internet sales person on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and suggested we come in to the dealership because we had not yet test driven the Honda Accord and we were in the process of comparing it to the Toyota Camry which was the other car we were considering purchasing. I had been looking for a used odyssey for about a month. I finally found a odyssey I had liked online. When I called Honda of Westborough, Sarah said that the car I wanted wasn't at the dealership but if I wanted they would have it brought from Boston to Westborough. I asked if she could have it there by noon the next day. She said no problem and when I showed up the next day the car was waiting for me.
