I recently got a new CRV from Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, and was thrilled with the entire experience, starting with the test drive we took with Woody, to talking numbers with Joe in the finance department, to finishing it all up with Rick. I always thought I would be a devoted Volkswagen driver, and I am now hooked on Honda. I would absolutely recommend that my friends and family work with this dealership!!
I went in for service because my car was making a funny noise. They took care of my care extremely fast. Everything was covered under warranty so I did not have to worry about payment. The service guy Mike was super nice, and he remembered my name. Thank for the great service every time!
My expectations in visiting a car dealership was the standard fear of annoyance, constant hounding, and dishonesty. The reason I am going out of my way to rate herb chambers is because my expectations were totally wrong. I am very pleased with the genuine kindness and honesty. The effort put forth in finding exactly what I wanted was far above any other dealership. I will most definitely be recommending this dealership and its sales people to my family and friends. Expect nothing less than 100% when you visit.

Joshua in internet management was so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to help us locate our perfect vehicle. The customer care I received was exemplary, and I recommend this dealership, and Joshua specifically, very highly.
After trying to buy a car at another dealership, and experiencing the 'hard sell' approach, we came to Herb Chambers in Westborough. What an amazing experience! My overall experience with the Herb Chambers dealership was absolutely amazing. None of my questions or concerns were ignorded. From my initial phone call inregards to searching for the vehicle i desired to the end whe the deal was made was handled with a high level of professionalism. We came to Herb Chambers after speaking with an internet sales person on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and suggested we come in to the dealership because we had not yet test driven the Honda Accord and we were in the process of comparing it to the Toyota Camry which was the other car we were considering purchasing.
