I was searching for an accessory for my crv. I tried another dealer first but was not able to locate the part for 2 wks. I was complaining to a friend who suggested Herb Chambers. I called and asked for the manager he was able to locate the part. I had it in my hands the following day. I plan on using herb Chambers for all my servicing needs.

Josh was very accomadating to me. I needed a used car within a certain budget and he was very eager and enjoyable to work with. I was very comfortable dealing with Herb Chambers and Josh. I would recommend Herb Chambers, and Josh Mono, to anyone who is looking to buy used or new.

I visited this dealer in hopes of finding a low milage I visited this dealer in hopes of finding a low milage Honda Ridgeline. A vehicle was found, but it was in a Boston dealership. After placing a hold on the vehicle to get the vehicle to the Westborough dealership, I went home only to be told the next day that the other dealer had sold the vehicle. Have had excellent experience working with this dealership. Was treated promptly and professionally and my service issue (new transmission) was resolved 100% to my satisfaction. I am purchasing a new Honda now and Tom (GM) and his team have been extremely accomodating. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Hi, I just wanted to thank Richard Murray, the service manager at Herb Chambers Honda Westborough. I had an issue with my vehicle that I had brought to a few dealers to have looked at. I kept getting the same response that everyone hates to hear when they know that there is something wrong with their vehicle "there seems to be nothing wrong with it." I knew that there was an issue. Every aspect of the purchase was on the money. From salesman Dean Aldean to finance specialist John Canti was personable, professional, and timely. All questions from A-Z were answered in a logical professional respectful way. Not knowing that much about vehicles or finance in general, no questions were regarded to be annoying to these pros. Even the people answering the phones were as helpful as humanly possible. A+ across the board.

I usually do not write reviews and never thought I would be prompted to do so about a car dealer. I recieved excellent treatment, from everyone including the General Manager to the receptionist. The salesperson was a refreshing change. He actually cared how I would be using my new car and wanted to make sure what I had picked out met my needs. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle. I purchased a new Honda Civic from Matt and I couldn't have had a better experience. Matt thoroughly showed us all the features in our new vehicle. I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. I walked in knowing that it was time for a bigger car - something that would hold my kids and everything that goes along with them.
