Recently I decided to make the plunge and do my part as an eco-minded USA citizen. The car I have had for several years was a 2002 Chevy Prizm. I have been to many dealers and bought alot of vehicles but this by far the first time I have ever walked away completely satisfied. My salesman Dean was very professional and treated me like royalty and I have told everyone about the good experience I had. Hopefully all of my friends and family will make Herb Chambers of Westburough there next place to buy a car.I know I will never shop anywhere else again.

Me and my partner were looking for a new 2010 Pilot and couldn't find the trim level you wanted in our area .Upon doing internet search I came across the Herb Chambers.com website. After contacting their internet department you found what you wanted at a price worth making a trip to MA for. I was very satisfied with the service I received from everyone there, and will defiantly recommend them to anyone.

I was in town visiting family and old friends and my car was giving me problems i came into the dealership so my car could get serviced and I was helped immediately and they even gave my puppy some water while I waited , very fast and friendly service . This was the best experiance I could have imagined. I had brought my civic to my local dealer for a oil change and a tire rotation and had a bad experiance. They had told me my car would be done in a hour and after 90 minutes I asked what was going on and I found out they hadn't even started my oil change yet! My mother has been bringing her car to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for the last year or so and told me I should bring it in there next time and I am glad I did. I was very apprehensive about car shopping because I have heard so many horror stories, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I stopped at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough.. Their service staff is excellent, I was greeted when I first arrived by a pleasant service employee. They informed me of what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way.My car was cleaned when it was returned. This was a great experience. I plan on doing all my services with this dealer.

I was searching for an accessory for my crv. I tried another dealer first but was not able to locate the part for 2 wks. I was complaining to a friend who suggested Herb Chambers. I called and asked for the manager he was able to locate the part. I had it in my hands the following day. I plan on using herb Chambers for all my servicing needs.
