I had been looking for a used odyssey for about a month. I finally found a odyssey I had liked online. When I called Honda of Westborough, Sarah said that the car I wanted wasn't at the dealership but if I wanted they would have it brought from Boston to Westborough. I asked if she could have it there by noon the next day. She said no problem and when I showed up the next day the car was waiting for me. I have a 1997 Honda civic. The exhaust had been gving me some problems and making a funny vibrating noise. I took it there and they told me it wa just my heat shield and fixed in in lss then 30 min! And it was wicked cheap. I thought I was going to have to replace my muffler so I was very happy. They also cleaned my car (it needed it). They are very friendly and had me back on the rode fast.
I just had a great experience at this dealership. Matt Dency is the best. We had been looking at the civic for a month and he did not pressure us at all and made us feel welcome. My husband and I will definitely be back next year when our son needs a car! Thank you Matt!
Well I already hit a huge pot hole with my new car and blew the front tire right out. After nearly having a heart attack I called the dealership I purchased it from. They sent a tow truck for my car and had the shuttle driver there to pick me up with in minutes. The unfortunately didn't have the tire in stock but drove to go get it so I wouldn't have to drive on a spare. They had the tire on and everything else checked out in what seemed like no time at all. He informed be of the shuttle service available if I needed it, and had the car available for pick-up earlier than I had hoped for - nobody likesto be without our car for long.
