They are amazing at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough!I have bought 3 cars from this dealer (1 new and 2 used) and all I can tell you is you have to experience it for yourself. The staff is proffessional and knowlegable, the customer service is first rate and they really know how to make the whole process fun. I cant say enough good things about them. My salesman Rick took the time to go over every aspect of the car, I had no questions when I left. I will continue to buy and service my cars with Herb Chambers.

Thanks for a great experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro. My husband and I recently traded in our Honda lease and purchased a new car. Anthony was extremely courtious and helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and point all the features and benefits of the vehicles we looked at. He joined us for a test drive where he made sure we had a cross section of roads to give us a well rounded feel for the car. Although we opted to purchase another brand of vehicle that was offered at this dealership I can vouch that my experience was a no pressure and pleasent experience. Should I decide to buy a Honda in the furture I would revisit this dealership.

I bought a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer from Anthony ( Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough) on Oct 15th 2008 for my daughter. On January 24th my daughter informed me that the car was missing badly. A local mechanic confirmed that one cylinder had no compression. I called Anthony to see if the drive train was still under manufacturer's warranty. It turns out 2005's have only 3 year drive train warranties although newer cars have five year warranties. My recent experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro was nothing less than delightful. I purchased a 2009 Honda CR-V, and the entire experience, from the time I walked through the door to the time I drove away in my new vehicle, was fantastic. I have a 2008 Honda Civic. I always went to Bernardi before since it is closer to my house. My car has the Bernardi's service due sticker with the service due over 2 months prior but since I didn't drive as much so I didn't bring my car earlier. I just bought a new Honda Civic from them and it was a great shopping experience. I previously used a different Honda dealership in the area, and I can tell you that the guys at Herb Chambers are much better. Very competitive price, sales rep (Abdul Khalid) was very courteous, no sale pressure, took care of everything, good price for the trade in, car was available in inventory, delivered next day in perfect condition. Bought my V6 Accord (AT) there in 11/07 for $21K + TTL, $22,300 out the door. That was a good price at the time, and they had the car on the lot. I had it home in two days. The salesman was friendly and efficient, and the manager was straightforward. They did make one "math error" but when I pointed it out to them they corrected it. I initially purchased an extended warranty but then changed my mind, and they deleted it no problem.
