They are amazing at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough!I have bought 3 cars from this dealer (1 new and 2 used) and all I can tell you is you have to experience it for yourself. The staff is proffessional and knowlegable, the customer service is first rate and they really know how to make the whole process fun. I cant say enough good things about them. Anthony was extremely courtious and helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and point all the features and benefits of the vehicles we looked at. He joined us for a test drive where he made sure we had a cross section of roads to give us a well rounded feel for the car. Although we opted to purchase another brand of vehicle that was offered at this dealership I can vouch that my experience was a no pressure and pleasent experience. Should I decide to buy a Honda in the furture I would revisit this dealership.
I bought a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer from Anthony ( Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough) on Oct 15th 2008 for my daughter. On January 24th my daughter informed me that the car was missing badly. A local mechanic confirmed that one cylinder had no compression. I called Anthony to see if the drive train was still under manufacturer's warranty. I have a 2008 Honda Civic. I always went to Bernardi before since it is closer to my house. My car has the Bernardi's service due sticker with the service due over 2 months prior but since I didn't drive as much so I didn't bring my car earlier. I previously used a different Honda dealership in the area, and I can tell you that the guys at Herb Chambers are much better.
