Bought my V6 Accord (AT) there in 11/07 for $21K + TTL, $22,300 out the door. That was a good price at the time, and they had the car on the lot. I had it home in two days. The salesman was friendly and efficient, and the manager was straightforward. They did make one "math error" but when I pointed it out to them they corrected it. I initially purchased an extended warranty but then changed my mind, and they deleted it no problem.

I recently test drove a Honda Odyssey in the hopes of purchasing the vehicle. The test drive was great - there was no pressure and my family and I really enjoyed it. We were not able to purchase the vehicle due to some unexpected financial reasons but when this was told to the sales person, he was very understanding and said that he would be more than happy to accomodate me when the time was right for me. This is the first and only place I will return to purchase a new vehicle.

Recently chose Herb Chambers of Westboro for an '08 Odyssey EX-L. My salesman Matt made this experience one of the best in over 40 years of car buying. He had everything I asked for at the times promised and he personally delivered the new Odyssey to my home. I did a lot of research before purchasing my first car. The car I wanted was the new Accord Coupe fully loaded with a v6 6speed transmission. I knew there weren't many of them but my sales person Jim Sweeney was able to locate the one I wanted from another dealer and arranged to have it brought to thier RT 9 location in 2 days. I got the car I wanted at a reasonable deal. Jim even delivered the car to me at my place of work and linked my cell phone up to the car's bluetooth for me. Although I didn't find this site until AFTER we had purchased our new car, I felt compelled to post a review based on what I read here. It seems that things have definitely changed at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough since many of these reviews were posted. Ok, I was looking to buy a 2007 Accord EX-L with Navigation. I communicated via Edmund's dealer connection with Bernardi and Herb Chambers (both fairly close to where I live). Herb Chambers gave me the better price. When I searched for directions I found this DelerRater.com site. Wow, the comments really scared me away. Worst experience ever. Service manager is a dishonest person. They do not offer good service or support after buying a vehicle, even if that vehicle is Honda Certified. I would not recommend shopping here. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

My recent oil change right before a New York trip led to a major headache. On the highway, my car suddenly started making a very loud noise. Honda Roadside Assistance had me tow it to the nearest dealer, forcing an unplanned overnight hotel stay. The next day, the dealer found the shocking cause: the metal guard protecting the oil filter hadn't been screwed in after the oil change.
