I never thought it would be possible for a dealership to have such a bad service. The "Manager" Tim was extremely unpleasant and rude, if this gentleman don't have the skills to work with the public, then maybe he's in the wrong job. I highly do not recommend it!
We had scheduled a test drive for 5:15 PM, and I made sure to inform the sales associate on the phone that, due to rush hour traffic, we may arrive closer to 5:30 PM. We ultimately arrived at 5:20 PM, well within the reasonable time frame we had communicated. They did not mention the prices of the services being offered. They did not do a multi point inspection or atleast they didn't mention that they did one. They washed the car so that's good. And the kids room didn't have any toys or books just an empty room.
I made an appointment to change the transmission fluid. I informed the agent who received the car and confirmed it at reception. They changed the engine oil, and I still had to pay for it, besides the cost that I already expected for the desired exchange. I still lost 3 hours of my day, so everything was ready. The reception agent even asked me why I wanted to make this exchange. I wanted to answer that it is because I like to spend my money on nothing.
My 2021 Honda hr-v needs a new transmission at 94,000 miles. This Honda dealership sold me a defective transmission. Honda had a massive recall on the 2016-2020 hr-v on the transmissions for this exact same problem(software does not properly monitor internal fluid pressure and detect early CVT belt failure)(The warranty covers the 2016-2020 up to 150,000 miles for the transmission because of this issue. Came in for tires and inspection. The service was very good, as usual, but the care and details were not. I got my car back with the plastic on the seat, dirty paper mat on the floor, dirt on the entry, grease on the fender, all the seat belts buckled, my rear cargo mat all scrunched up blocking my view out the rear, and old glue around my new inspection sticker. Nothing that affects the actual service, which is great, but these little details have suffered more and more over time.
Lost my business as a returning customer of 8 years, purchased my car there and repeatedly returned for service. Came in for a head gasket replacement expecting a fair labor quote, however was met with what was certainly a “we don’t want your business quote” for my 2016 Honda Civic with only 59k mi. Typically jobs are quoted and billed ranging in the 12-15 hour range, instead they quoted 21 hours at $199, and refused to budge an inch quoting that “the car may have bolts that are more difficult to get out due to its age”. My service was fine as always. However, while I sat in the waiting area there was an employee (I believe was probably management level) talking to a client. It was an ongoing debate. The client believed that Honda should offer to help/fix whatever the problem was with their car. The employee continuing to say it wasn’t the dealerships problem.
