Wow, talk about beating expectations....between our salesman (Kashif) who walked us through the leasing process and had vehicles and pricing ready for us and was a polite gentleman the whole time...to the finance guy (Paolo)...to the manager (Chad) who set the tone of 'we are here to help and find you the right Mercedes' and then his team did just that!
