I found a used Range Rover on their website, I emailed and inquired about it. Was met with Kim who told me (and I have the emails) that they wouldn't be able to sell to me as I was out of State and they would not make an exception on their 2 step process of going in and signing the paperwork and then going back to pickup the vehicle. I emailed Carlos to which I was told must be a miscommunication.
