I live in Virginia, and I contacted this dealership to purchase a 2019 e300. I was directed to a sales manager and it was very clear from the beginning that he was not interested in selling to an out of state buyer. In fact, he said that stock was moving so fast that he was reluctant to sell to any out of state buyers unless it was a cash-only purchase. I brought my car to Mercedez for an issue with the fan. They kept it for over three weeks until they resolved the matter. For me, they want to satisfy every customer which is very good.

I have my 2015 AMG GL63 serviced here and the team have been great. Albert is especially caring, thoughtful and honest (to be fair, honesty is not a word that springs to mind when I think of car dealerships) Place itself is always clean, loaner car is ready and paperwork is fast. I don't take advantage of the coffee and pastries, but they are there for those that want them. Albert always wears a smile, no matter what's going on :-) Great guy

My experience with the Mercedes was excellent. The car is awesome! And from many dealerships that I went to, I chose to make the deal with Richie because he was way beyond my expectations. He treated me very well and he didn't force me to anything like others but presented me the best ways to go following what I wanted. He patiently stayed with me after hours without even telling me that they were closed. Whenever I need a Mercedes again I'll go look for Richie.
