This is my 6th vehicle with Herb Chambers and my second with Mercedes of Boston. My sales rep Kashif Sheikh (whom previously sold me four vehicles with Herb Chambers Infiniti) was nothing but spectacular. Awesome Experience and the Best Staff Went to Mercedes Benz of Boston and was dealing with Amel and AJ. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The dealership was spotless, all sales personnel were wearing masks and there was plenty of hand sanitizer. I found the car I wanted to buy online. Steve L was great, he was helpful and I felt no pressure to buy. The finance part of the experience took about 10 minutes, no pressure, no sales gimmicks about buying a warranty, no stress at all.
