Good experience I recently leased a 2019 GLC300 from Mercedes-Benz of Boston. My sales person was Jhonathan Linares. He was very easy to work with and overall he is an excellent sales professional. He took a lot of time to explain the car to us and made sure the purchase was to our satisfaction. I also dealt with Dana Lolano and Umer Iqbal from the sales team who were both great. BEST experience I have visited many different dealerships prior to coming to Mercedes Boston. I am not only happy with my car but my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Boston. I did not have to wait for long before being greeted. Ryan was not only great at assisting me with my purchase but also amazing in terms of responsiveness and following up. He made sure I was happy with my purchase even after bringing it home. I would definitely come back when it is time for a new car and recommend them to everyone!
Exceptional Service I arrived to this dealership after I had experienced a complete incompetence and horrible customer service at Mercedes of Hanover.
