Eric was the best! Wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. He was very kind, not pushy at all, and most of all extremely transparent. He made the journey a pleasure and I would 100% just go back to Eric to get a car and not even think about trying to cross shop other dealerships.

The general manager is an extremely arrogant, rude and condescending person and I would NOT recommend him. He is very disrespectful on the phone. I will never buy a car from herb chambers or advise anyone to do so as long as he is the general manager. I understand that this may not change anything but I felt like I should warn anyone who is reading these reviews. He is the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with.
Eric gave me a tour of of the beautiful Mercedes-Benz of Boston facility. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was very helpful. His knowledge about all Mercedes vehicles, AMG’s specifically, was quite impressive and reassuring. I highly recommend working with Eric!
