A Wonderful Experience We were so impressed by Rob T.'s extensive knowledge of our vehicle. There were many things we would've had trouble figuring out on our own. He was patient and thorough and extremely helpful on follow up calls and questions as well. Our new car is so beautiful and classy, we just can't imagine driving anything other than a Mercedes-Benz. Knowledge of the product His detailed knowledge of all of the aspects of the car are unbelievable. Going through all the settings, etc. Although I have that button to ask about the car features, I think I'm gonna keep Rob's cell phone on speed dial instead!
