Great Service and Care. Thanh was able to turn my head away from even considering a BMW or Audi for my first car purchase. He offered exceptional service, care, and the best price for my C300 Sport. He was always available to answered to any questions and guided me through them step by step. Thanh is the man, and he will take care of you. I will definitely come back in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. The customer service was fantastic. In fact, the whole atmosphere led to this being the best car buying experience I have ever had. The employees, especially Lovette Monteiro, were very helpful and understanding. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience.

buying a used car I found a used car on line that was not a Mercedes but at the Mercedes- Benz of Boston. I was introduced to Lovette by the manager and he treated us like we were buying a brand new Mercedes. The process was smooth and easy and hassle free. Return to MB of Boston My winter vehicle search ended up here at MB of Boston with Alex, Jeff and Chad. Purchased W204 C63 early this year. I love C63, but I knew it's not practical for winter even many people suggested it works with proper tires. I started looking for another car that works well in winter.
