Outstanding Service - My First Mercedes-Benz It was time for an upgrade as my 2005 Acura MDX was starting to act up after 11 years. Highly Recommend Mercedes Boston & GEORGINA! This was my third purchase from Mercedes Boston but I cant stress enough how smooth this purchase was compared to the others. My original salesman was no longer at that site so when I walked in for a follow up appointment Georgina saw me standing around and immediately walked right up to me and offer some assistance. Broken Promises/ We bought a PRE CERTIFIED Mercedes from this dealership. At the time of purchase, the sales manager said he wanted us to be happy customers. He gave out his card and said to call if there were any problems. Well, as they must have known after their 96 point inspection, the front headlight washer cover was glued shut. The way it works is that after using your windshield wipers five times, the headlight washer opens and washes your windshield. Best buying experience at a Car Dealership Lovette Monteiro is a sales guy who works with a customer to get you exactly what you are looking for and not just looking to sell and reduce inventory. Great guy to work with who makes sure that the customer walks out buying the car/suv he came looking for and follows up with the customer even post sales. That's truly awsome.
