My First Great Car Buying Experience As a woman alone I was expecting this experience to be the same old pressure routine like past car purchases but I was pleasantly surprised. Fast, convenient, and efficient Jasper went far and beyond his job requirements. I switched my car twice and he never even winced he just said sure what ever you like and started the process over. Excellent experience Very fortunate to have Thanh help me with leasing the B class EV. He got me a stellar price and made my experience very enjoyable with the presentation of the car. Mercedes USA still needs to work out a few quirks of the electric car, such as getting the B electric website working robustly and VVC to the customer in a seamless manner, but Thanh worked very hard to resolve these issues. Highly recommend Thanh!

A True Gentleman, Reliable Chip is a true gentleman... After a short conversation you feel like you can trust him... therefore the purchasing process becomes a lot easier.
