It was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I am 67yrs. old. I have been buying cars for a long times. I visited several Dealerships before I bought the Mercedes at Chambers. Keith Robinson was one of the BEST salesperson I have ever dealt with. I was very impressed with him. I didn't feel pressured. He and Chadi made me feel very comfortable. Very happy and excellent job. Leasing a car from Mercedes Benz of Boston was the most pleasant experience I have ever had! Wonderful experience from the dealership Over the last ten years I have been getting my cars from Mercedes Benz Boston. Over that time the service I have received has been wonderful. The two sales people that I have worked with are Dana Lo Nano and more recently, Georgina Stavropoulos. Both are very easy to talk to and understand customer needs, so the transition from one car to the next is seamless. I would highly recommend them.

as always the best My wife said it was time to trade up her 2005 SL , A call to George is all it took and an appointment was made. We walked in and before any car talk , George asked how every thing has been over the years. He then showed us what we were looking for. Take it for a ride as long as needed. Excellent purchase experience at Mercedes Boston. I purchased a GLE43 from MB Boston in December. This is the first purchase of a vehicle in which I wasn't sure exactly which model I wanted. Thanh (and Alex who also assisted) took the time to explain the car and all of its options. He tracked down the car with all of the options I wanted and ensured that I was completely satisfied. Yet another hassle-free experience at MB of Boston It was at that point of my lease again where I was provided the opportunity to terminate my current lease of a 2014 model and lease a new 2017 model.
