perfect! Fantastic experience. Maged was very professional, and helpful, and just a really nice guy. The opposite of the shady car salesman! Very patient, friendly, not at all pushy. Very knowledgeable about the car and its features. Very accomodating with his time, worked around my schedule. Wouldn't even think of buying a MB from anyone else! The business office was very helpful and professional as well. I'll be a lifetime customer!

Great experience with Thanh We recently bought a GL 450 form this dealership. I have to say we have good experience with Thanh. He is the first sales person we talk to, he is so patient and friendly. To be honest, we didn't buy the car immediately after we talk to him. You know, you shopping around and make comparison when you buy a car. Best experience yet! This was my 3rd vehicle either purchased or leased from this company. When they say the 3rd time is the charm, that certainly is the case here. I was looking for a very particular car with certain features. Keith Robinson found it! He went above and beyond my expectations. He's a great role model for Herb Chambers. All service reps should be this! Georgina was very helpful in the selection and ordering process for my leased GLA250. There were minor communication issues but she handled them in a manner which left me satisfied with the service and I would do business with her and Mercedes-Benz of Boston again!

Stellar Performance! I came in to Mercedes in Somerville to do a test drive the GLK350 as my BMW X3's extended warranty was ending soon. I have always wanted to try a Mercedes and see if this was my next vehicle. I called the dealership to get the exact location as I got lost. Thanh was so helpful with direction and stayed on the phone with me until I found it.
