Terrific Maged made what can be a trying experience easy. When my husband asked him to "do a little something" as this was a bday present for me, Maged prepared the car w/ a huge red bow. excellent service and great people Yliaz, salesperson,did great job, he is very friendly and patient, very professional and caring. We are so happy with our GLA250,Herb Chambers of Somerville really deserve top rating. After a few so-so adventures at some other MB dealers we finally went to Sometville location and, let me tell you.. We don't wanna go anywhere else! This is The Place to buy/lease Mercedes Benz. Great communication and service Recently found very little scar on rear bumper. I contacted Alex, sales person I deal with. Alex was super supportive as well as Matt Cena, service consultant. Had very good communication from beginning to job done via email and phone. They are very professional and caring. Appreciated helping to repair bumper and installing carbon diffuser. I love my car more than before! Thank you!!!
