Excellent superior customer service Georgina was great. She took a lot of time to explain all the details to me so i could be sure i know what i was getting into and what car best fit my needs.. She helped to answer all of my many questions. After her excellent customer service, she referred me to the sudbury BMW dealership and i was driving off in my new BMW 5 series.

Keith knows what his customer wants Keith was fantastic!!! Without Keith, I probably would've switched to a beamer for a change. Keith knew what I wanted and crafted the options around MY NEEDS instead of trying to fit me into what sales wanted, a typical approach in the dealership environment.
