In August I saw the CLA 250 at a Boston Magazine Retailer Award Event at City Hall Plaza. The next day I called Jeff Davis, General Manager, who put me in touch with Chip McCarty. Although the car would not launch until late September Chip got us started on building out the car of our choice. gina julien went far above the standard to make sure that my lease transaction went smoothly with no unwanted surprises. she met me at the boston airport at 11 pm to help me into town and the next a.m. made the taking ownership of the car [ sl550] great with an extensive review of the car and its operation.she continues after the purchase to follow up to make sure that everything is as it should be.

I leased a new c300. Thomas took his time and helped me. I was there for 5 hours and I did not feel rushed and pressured into buying anything. Even after I purchased the car, Thomas took away from his busy day to help me set up everything and showed me how everything worked. I felt very important and appreciated as a customer.
