I thought it was really cool that even though my father and I could not purchase a car directly through Dennis Saint Aubin at Mercedes he helped us at another one of the Herb Chambers dealerships by calling ahead and setting up an appointment for us for another brand. Great service I arrived at Herb Chambers Mercedes-Benz to discuss releasing my current car or buying a new version. Above and Beyond!!! These folks just do not give up until everything is right and the customers are happy! We found our 7th Chrysler minivan at Mercedes Benz of Boston, of all places! Their Autotrader ad described exactly what we were looking for. Keith and Chris worked with us to come up with a deal we were happy with, and agreed to fix a few things on an otherwise gorgeous van.
