I ordered a Mercedes CLA in June with Maged which finally came in! Maged was very responsive as far as keeping me updated. Considering the first CLA that arrived at the dealership was the same day I picked mine up, I was not expecting him to be completely familiar with the car, although he not only knew the answers to my questions but also completely impressed me with his product knowledge. Pinch me: I'm used to the salesman's interest ending after I bought the car. And I'm used to buyer's regret after I drive it away. Neither happened this time! I bought a used 2012 GL450 from Keith Robinson of MB Boston. The only "pressure" was when Keith put my "stamp" on it by programming my favorite classical radio station into the car radio. Georgina helped us buy our first MB. She was friendly, knowledgeable with wonderful customer service. She even offered to pick us from home. She took time to explain the different components inside the car. She is an asset to the company. Thanks
Paolo was very knowledgeable and helpful. He greeted me when I walked in and was very professional. He did an excellent job of walking me thru the car and its abundance of features. He answered my followup emails quickly and followed up post sale to make sure I didnt have any concerns or questions. No car sales person has ever done this. I would recommend him highly if you are considering a Mercedes.
I would not hesitate to recommend Thanh for your next vehicle purchase. Thanh was a real professional and followed-up with you but never put any pressure on you to make a purchase. He sole job was to make the customer happy. He also went out of his way to get the vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend Thanh and his partner Chip who is a true professional.

I received an offer by e-mail from the dealership and decided to go in an see what they have to offer with no intentions of walking away a proud Mercedes Benz owner.
