This was our first interaction with the Mercedes Benz of Boston, our history has been with the Natick team. We found a car on line and made an appointment with Gina for the same day it was posted on line.. The car had arrived at the dealer only a few days prior (used) and while she wasn't as familiar with the car details she took the time to get up to speed. Gina is a professional in the truest sense of the word. I bought a new E350 Sport from NJ for my parents who live near Boston. I was dreading a car purchase from another state, but Gina made it perfect. She was responsive via email, phone, and text - nights and weekends too! My wife and I purchased a Mercedes Benz C300 (Certified Pre-Owned) 2012 in July 2013. We chose this dealership because some of our family members have purchased cars from there in the past.
